Manish Gupta

Manish Gupta is the Co-Founder of SQRE, with over three decades of experience in finance, private equity, and real estate. Manish has held senior leadership positions at real estate companies like Orris Infrastructure, Ansal API and Omaxe and as Country Head at private equity firms like SITQ and Trikona where he was responsible for driving large-scale projects, managing complex investment portfolios, and executing growth strategies. He played a key role in driving the company’s strategic vision, managing capital deployment, and ensuring the delivery of major residential and commercial developments. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from NIT Kurukshetra. His career reflects a blend of technical expertise and strategic foresight, making him a leader in private equity and real estate investments.
